I think Elizabeth Becker touched a nerve, and more travelers are looking at their impact when they travel (witness the growing trend in volunteer vacations, etc).  NatGeo Traveler will be debuting another Places Rated survey in our November issue, which will rank destinations that are doing well in stewardship, along with those that are doing poorly, and most important, the ones that could go either way.</description>
