Win a Steripen Traveler

I run a separate travel gear blog where I spout off on practical gear that really works. Back in June I posted an enthusiastic review of the SteriPEN Traveler, an item I used in Guatemala and found to be fan-fricken-tastic. It’s a compact little invention that allows you to purify your water in 60 seconds, with no pumping, bulky filters, or tablets. Kiss the landfill plastic water bottles goodbye.
The fine folks who make this item have offered to let me give one away as a prize through Perceptive Travel, when the new issue posts early next week. Only newsletter subscribers will be eligible though, so here’s what you need to do. Get yourself on over to the Perceptive Travel home page and click on that box on the top right that says “Sign up for our newsletter.” Just your name and e-mail address is required and we only bug you once every two months.
Then when you receive the newsletter next week, you’ll see a few easy questions. Send the answers (easily gleaned from the new issue) and your name will go in the hat for the drawing. I don’t think we’ve ever had more than 20 correct entries for our previous prizes, so your odds are better than a roulette number.
